Pocket Silhouettes - Curtain Call #34

I am so happy this week is over and it's time for another Curtain Call Challenge!  I have been so busy getting ready for my garage sale, but now it's over.  It was a great success!  So, I guess it was worth all the time I put into it.  I did forget one little thing, though.  We had a wedding reception to attend Saturday evening and I had not worked on my card for this week's challenge.

We didn't stay long...we were all very tired.  When we got home, everyone else went to bed.  I worked on this color combo!

This was a bit of a rush job. I wish I had a little more time to work on it.  I may have changed the distressed look on the Whisper White....added/or changed a few details.  Instead, I decided to let it be.  I do like how the Sahara Sand adds an nice shadow effect.

So, what will the rest of the Curtain Call Crew create?

  1. Glad to hear the garage sale was such a success! Now you have lot of money to spend on stamping goodies ;D

Love how you used the Stem Silhouette set on this card. The multiple colours in each frame are great and I don't mind the torn panels at all. I'm impressed you were able to pull this off after such a busy day! Make sure your rest tomorrow!!

  8. Interesting colors and you did a great job with them. Love how you stapled the ribbon, the three panels of stamping that are torn at the top, the flower brads kind of bookending the sentiment -- all great details! Doesn't look like a rush job at all!

  11. Very pretty, I like how you used staples on the ruffled ribbon. Wish I had thought of this, I wouldn't have wasted a whole bunch of ribbon trying to get a card made a few weeks ago.

  13. I'm happy your garage sale went well!!! A good feeling to have it over with, but now look at all the extra space you have to buy more! {That is what happens to me... LOL!} Wonderful card and I must confess, I don't even have Sahara Sand CS or ink pad. Enabler... ha! :)
