A Glitter Explosion
Hee! Hee! More is more with this card! This week's Papertrey Ink, Make It Monday challenge is to make glittered die cuts. Immediately my thought was to use the large rick rack die with graduated colors. Since my glitter selection is fairly small, so were my options. The only stamp set that seemed to fit the bill was Fly Away. I was pretty adamant about making a vertical card. I wanted visual lines going in different directions. I resisted putting the clouds on initially, but it just wasn't complete without them. I would say I'm fairly pleased with this one. My only question is, if I had to do it again, maybe the smaller rick rack? Hmmmm.....
Anyway, it just feels great to make a card. It's been a while!
