Today's card started with this inspiration photo. The
Tuesday Trigger at Moxie Fab World. Such beautiful spring colors. How could you not be inspired? I was particularly drawn to the photo in the middle and to the right. It looks like a vintage tray. You may not know, I have another blog,
Made or Found, that's is devoted to my love of vintage and my pursuits in home decor. So, I knew this would be the catalyst for my card.
I used
Season of Friendship with the colors:
Sage Shadow, Real Red, So Saffron and
Pretty in Pink. Very vintage feel, I think. The
3/4" Polka-Dot Grosgrain Ribbon adds to that feel. The button? You guessed it....vintage! What a fun card to make!
This will also fit in nicely with the
Paper Pal Arts challenge this week, "Spring." This is a challenge I can get riled up for....I am SO ready for Spring!
Plus, since I used the color green, I fulfilled
The Pink Elephant challenge! My first time with this one! I've added to my list!
