Yes, we are snowed in. It's a bonafide blizzard in Iowa today. Ok, I will clarify that. It's been blizzard conditions at times. My husband is such a weather fanatic he gets very technical when it comes to these things. He's a trained weather spotter and meteorology would have been his profession if he had not gone into baseball. Bottom line is even if we lose power, I can still stamp!
This one is hot of the press! It's embossed, both the Medallion and Dasher, so I thought I'd better get this done JUST IN CASE we lose power. It's not infrequent that we do.Really not a whole lot else to say about this one. I like the rounded corners, it gives it a more finished look, I think. The ribbon is one atop another. The knot is substantial...I hope it doesn't cost me extra postage!
I know I should be done with my cards, maybe you are and are tired of seeing Christmas, but I'm not ready to stop! So, I'll be making a few more. This week I'm done....I swear!

this is such a pretty card-I love the dasher image paired up with this medallion
ReplyDeleteOK, Shelley... this card is VERY beautiful! The embossing is classy looking and pops off the red CS nicely! And I LOVE Dasher, and the Medallion is one stamp I DON'T have... can you believe that! Enabler... LOL!
ReplyDeleteAre you ready for the BIG winter storm? I heard you may be getting more freezing rain than snow. We may get 16-20" by Saturday am. We put our travel plans off till Saturday in going to my folks in Southern, MN. They expect more! Plus Blizzard like on Christmas. This will be the first time Mark and I spend Christmas alone... Poo! But we will make the best of it! My chin is up... :)
SMILES and have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS Shelley! :)
